Customize Me Bree LLC Store Policy

Agreement

Thank you for choosing us--we are excited and more than happy to assist you. We proudly offer custom garments and items each handmade with care.

In order to process your order and begin production, please read, understand, agree, and sign off on the following policies that apply to our website as well as other payment services offered for your convenience (including payments processed in person and online  through Etsy, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Stripe, and any other payment processing system). By submitting payment through cash or any electronic payment processing system, the client agrees to all shop policies available here and online.

Pricing and Payment

The client is in agreement with the price quote(s) received for the client's custom item(s), which is valid for 24 hours upon receipt. Once a deposit is paid for this amount agreed, the client understands that the client is responsible for paying the entire amount due a week before order is finished processing. Payment includes all purchases made on our website as well as other payment services offered for your convenience including payments processed in person and online  through Etsy, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Stripe, and any other payment processing system.

Order Process

Once you have decided on your garment style, color, size, and any other necessary information, the order can be processed once payment is received. A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit only on custom orders $100 or more is required before we can begin production. Other items purchased require full amount due at time of purchase. Please note when ordering a custom garment online your order is not complete until Customize Me Bree LLC confirms your order. Processing time is normally 5-7 business days upon receipt of payment unless otherwise disclosed by Customize Me Bree LLC.

Fabric Variations and Custom Orders

Please note that due to variations in dye-lots, fabric colors may vary and may not be the exact color you chose from the color card or sample you provide. If you custom order fabrics based on a previous design seen or discussed in review with Customize Me Bree LLC please note that there may be slight variations to the reproduction of this fabric from their vendors.

Returns and Exchanges

If you have any questions or would like to request a return or exchange, contact customizemebreellc@gmail.com.

Returns 

We do not offer full refunds made on our website (including payments to Etsy, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Stripe, and any other payment processing system for your convenience) also made-to-order, custom pieces including made-to-order garmentand customized objects. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact customizemebreellc.com to request a free return label. To complete your return, the return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

Refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds, under any circumstances made on our website (including payments to Etsy, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Stripe, and any other payment processing system for your convenience) also made-to-order, custom pieces including made-to-order garments, customized jewelry, and customized objects. Refunds are not eligible after processing time has begun. Processing time starts upon receipt of payment. There are situations where partial refunds are eligible and will be upon the owners discretion, no exceptions.

-Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
-Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customizemebreellc@gmail.com.

Final sale items (if applicable)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Final sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not offer exchanges however store credit for all purchases made on our website and payments and services including those made in person as well as through Etsy, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Stripe, and any other payment processing system used at your convenience may be offer on the owner discretion. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be damage or incorrect in error of company Customize Me Bree LLC, 

Made-to-order, custom pieces including made-to-order garments, customized jewelry, and customized objects will not be eligible for returns nor exchanges, only store credit upon the owners discretion.

Replacement Items

-We replace items if they are defective or damaged in error by Customize Me Bree LLC. Replacements are subject to product availability. If you need a replacement for the same item, send us an email at customizemebreellc@gmail.com.

-Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

Cancellations (if applicable)

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after the order is originally placed, no exceptions. Rush orders cannot be canceled at any time. A cancellation fee of 50% of the product's price will be charged for any canceled order after the processing time has begun. If your request cancellation or refund for your order and your order is still within the business day time frame, it is not subject to a full refund.

Additional cancellation fees may be incurred per manufacturer guidelines, payable by purchaser.

Rush Orders (if applicable)
For in-stock items, we can provide rush shipping including FedEx, UPS, and DHL based on Customize Me Bree LLC approval and pre-payment of priority shipping fees by the client. For custom garments and items, we can provide rush orders with lead times less than 10 weeks, but this depends entirely on our production schedule. All rush orders must first be approved, prior to ordering. International shipping fees may apply to rush orders.

Shipping
Your order will ship out within 5-7 business days. No Shipping on weekend days or Holidays.

Tracking numbers will be on orders once it is shipped out. Tracking info is sent to the email address you provided. If your order was placed by email or inbox, tracking will be sent the same way your custom order was place. We ship with USPS.

-FIRST CLASS/USPS LETTER MAIL: Takes up to 7 business days. (This option does not provide any package insurance).

-PRIORITY MAIL: Takes 1-3 business days. PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: Takes 1-3 business days A.M delivery. (These listed timeframe starts after our processing time of up to 5 business days).

-Please understand that it is not in our hands and we cannot guarantee a timely delivery. Once the package has been scanned by delivery service, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between buyer and shipping company.

-We suggest to create an account online to track your order status. You will also receive an email with your tracking number. We understand you are eager to receive your order but you don't need to message or email asking about shipping until it is 8 business days since you placed your order. WE SHIP OUT WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS (Does not include weekends or holidays).

-All orders are shipped from the Home of Roll Tide Alabama.

Order Discrepancy

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at customizemebreellc@gmail.com and you may be compensated with store credit or item replacement. Most items may be subject to a refund which will be eligible under the owner discretion, otherwise refunds are not eligible. All sales are final.

Force Majeure

No party shall be liable or responsible to the other party, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement (except for any obligations to make payments to the other party hereunder), when and to the extent, such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the impacted party’s (“Impacted Party”) control, including, but not limited to, the following force majeure events (“Force Majeure Events”): (a) acts of God; (b) a natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricane, flooding, storms, explosions, infestations), epidemic, or pandemic; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest; (d) government order or law; (e) actions, embargoes or blockades in effect on or after the date of this Agreement; (f) action by any governmental authority; (g) national or regional emergency; (h) strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances; and (i) shortage of adequate power or transportation facilities. The Impacted Party shall give Notice within 15 days of the Force Majeure Event to the other party, stating the period of time the occurrence is expected to continue. The Impacted Party shall use diligent efforts to end the failure or delay and ensure the effects of such Force Majeure Event are minimized. The Impacted Party shall resume the performance of its obligations as soon as reasonably practicable after the removal of the cause. In the event that the Impacted Party’s failure or delay remains uncured for a period of 30 days following Notice given by it, the other party may thereafter terminate this Agreement upon notice.
